Meet Kathy
“I've been a Realtor for over 40 years. Time flies! I started my career in Ft Lauderdale, Florida in the early 80's and worked as an agent, ranking in the top 1% of agents in Broward County. When an opportunity to build a Corporate Relocation Department was presented to me, I dove in. Within 2 years, our team was awarded the Peak Performance Award at the national Prudential Real Estate convention. Later, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate asked me to tape a show for their network, on how to prepare your listings for a faster sale. I was apprehensive, but I agreed to do it. I had my own make-artist and personal driver for a couple days, so it turned out to be crazy experience!
Diverse Real Estate Experience
Throughout my career, I held many positions - including lead listing agent, Branch Manager, Marketing Director, Director of Corporate Services, Broker-in-Charge and Trainer. I managed space planning and remodeling of numerous branch offices for 3 different real estate franchises. I’ve also renovated and flipped 38 residential properties. NONE of them were on the market for more than 3 weeks- thanks to quality workmanship and the power of Property Preparation.
